The Business Development Executive generates, qualifies, and develops new business with target organizations to meet or exceed sales goals. As a relationship-oriented sales executive, this position is responsible for generating new business opportunities
From fast-growing startups to Fortune 500 companies, you'll be the point person that helps companies take the next step towards a implementing or formalizing a comprehensive vendor risk management program.
Responsibilities:

Create and manage sales strategy in target market to meet company objectives

Manage all aspects of the account relationship in a hands-on manner – deliver sales and product demonstrations, and manage technical and commercial interactions

Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiating commercial agreements to closing the deal

Identify, develop & manage strategic partnerships and account relationships to penetrate, influence and drive sales and develop additional delivery capabilities

Deliver on assigned revenue targets in assigned accounts

Consistent communication with client to identify produce enhancements / modifications - effectively communicate with Technical Product Management teams

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years cybersecurity or risk management sales experience (to the enterprise level) required

Experience selling to financial services a plus

Consistent performance of exceeding sales goals and generating leads

Track record of lead generation and opening new accounts

Experience selling professional services, security audits and assessments a plus

Entrepreneurial spirit / Self-starter with time management, planning, and organization skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience required
